Accuracy Over Time

Guides are rewritten rather than left to rot. Accuracy is the only thing a reference site has to offer, and a page out of date on a code requirement is worse than no page at all.

This Site Does Not Do the Work

Nothing here is an offer of service. It does not perform that work, quote for it, or arrange it on a reader's behalf.

Finding a Contractor

The usual checks are still the ones that matter. Put the same written specification to every firm, so the prices that come back are actually comparable.
